When Cara Delevingne grew up, she wanted to either be a musician or actress. The first time she tried to model profession, she was ten years old, and her plate was for Italian Vogue. The only thing she remembers was that it was all a bit "strange". As a 17-year-old, she was very close to getting the role of Alice in Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland". But instead, she was discovered as a model by Sarah Doukas - the founder of the model agency Storm - who had his daughter in the same boarding school, and acting force was shelved.

- To become a model was nothing I wanted, and I used to be so angry and think "damn, I'll never get actors now just because I am a model?"
